Azimut is a pergola with retractable ceiling from the Gibus 90 ° pergola range.
The ceiling is made of Opatex PVC, which is waterproof and provides UV protection, thus making this type of pergola a sensible choice if you want to make the most of the outdoor space away from any element that could disrupt your relaxing time.
The main feature of this strong and resistant structure consists of the horizontal beams, perpendicular to the legs, designed to avoid tilting the pergola in order to drain rainwater.
The structure includes textile side locking systems, so as the hours spent under the pergola would be pleasant and confidential. These systems are endowed with the Inner Guide patent, which allows the side locking guides to be fully embedded into the columns.
You can choose between three types of side locking: shading, transparent crystal or insect net.
In fact, you can also install sliding tempered glass systems inside the screen.
How does the structure manage to drain rainwater from the ceiling? Due to its particular system made up of arched supporting profiles meant to secure the diaphragm, the ceiling is able to drain rainwater to the perimeter structure.
In fact, the collection gutter is embedded into the perimeter frame, which helps drain the water through the pillars of the structure.
Finally, Azimut is also endowed with the patented Anti-Splash system: a movable edge that prevents the water in the perimeter gutter from splashing the inside of the pergola.
In order to make the most of a comfortable place, the customer can choose either a RTS motor drive or an IO Home-control one.
In addition, the pergola with the awning on it can be garnished with a LED Spot lighting system, embedded in the stretchers, or RGB coloured LED strips embedded in the perimeter.
